Levantine cuisine at the Radisson Blu in Hamburg

Hamburg

Modern Middle Eastern cuisine also on the terrace at Planten un Blomen park

HAMBURG: The Radisson Blu Hotel in Hamburg will be serving Levantine cuisine in its restaurant in future, including on the terrace at Planten un Blomen park. Balaustine's Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine celebrates the rich history of cuisine from the countries of the eastern and southern Mediterranean. Fresh, local produce combined with flavours from the region form the basis of the menu. The pomegranate blossom - which Balaustine translates to - is a typical ingredient of Levantine cuisine.

True to the restaurant's motto "Sharing is Caring", Balaustine offers a variety of dishes to snack on with meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan options. Nish Nush, the regional street food, is presented as a beetroot falafel or crispy fried chicken with harissa yoghurt. Mezze dishes on the menu include Mykonos salad and tuna tartare. The main courses are also wonderful to share. Whether smoked aubergine, grilled pulpo, beef kebab, baked cauliflower with labneh and crispy chickpeas, salmon orzotto and many other dishes - Balaustine offers a very modern interpretation of spice-intensive and colourful Middle Eastern cuisine. The culinary experience is rounded off with sweets such as baklava croissants, vegan malabi and tahini crème brulée. In addition to the interior, the stylish terrace by the CCH and Planten un Blomen park is the ideal place to enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine.
to enjoy the cuisine of the Middle East. A food truck can be booked for parties and events, from which the delicacies are served: The space on the terrace is then reserved exclusively for 30-100 people, and in the event of rain, guests can take refuge under the roof or in the restaurant.

The Balaustine restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg is open from Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 5.30 pm to 11 pm.
