"If you take a look at the regular menu, you will notice that some of the courses on this Monday surprise menu use the main ingredients of the courses listed there, but use different preparation methods and side dishes. I had little to criticise about the menu I enjoyed. Nevertheless, I left the restaurant with mixed feelings. I can't quite put my finger on it, but perhaps certain preparations were too mundane for a restaurant of this calibre." (Published in July 2024)
