The Japanese at Gütsch on 2400 m: Dominik Sato & Fabio Toffolon interpret "Lights out, mountain on!" with a 5-course Omakase Surprise menu

Fine dining above the clouds: The Japanese at Gütsch at 2400 m, awarded one Michelin star and 16 Gault&Millau points, offers an unrivalled view of the mountains of Andermatt. Under the direction of Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon, you can savour shidashi bento, omakase, sushi and tempura while overlooking the Gotthard Pass, the Oberalp Pass and the Ursern Valley.
On 14 September, Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon will welcome their guests with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé from 18:30 to a 5-course omakase surprise menu under the motto "Lights out, mountain on!"
