The Berlin restaurant Rutz continues to lead the restaurant rankings for Germany in August. The three-star restaurant has an unchanged 139.8 points, 0.2 points more than the Schwarzwaldstube in Baiersbronn, which follows in second place as in the previous month. The two had been tied at the top of the ranking since January 2024. In July 2024, the Rutz then took over the sole top position, with the Sonnora in Dreis and the Aqua in Wolfsburg following in third place with a gap of seven tenths. The update mainly takes into account new reviews that were recorded in July.

There are no changes in the top 10 compared to July. As a result, Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau in Perl-Nennig remains in fifth place. The JAN in Munich and the Schanz in Piesport retain sixth place. The Bareiss in Baiersbronn remains in eighth place, followed by The Table in Hamburg in ninth place and the Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach in tenth place.

In the top 25, the Courtier in Weissenhaus lost four places compared to July due to a devaluation in Gusto and is now in 24th place. As a result, Tohru in the Schreiberei in Munich improves to 21st place, achieving a new record since the restaurant was founded. This also applies to ES:SENZ in Grassau, which shares 24th place with Courtier. In addition, the gourmet restaurant Dichter in Rottach-Egern moved up to 22nd place and Lafleur in Frankfurt to 23rd place.

In the Top50, EssZimmer in Munich loses one place and is now ranked 28th, while ammolite - the Lighthouse Restaurant in Rust rises two places to 37th and overtakes bianc in Hamburg, which slips one place to 39th.

In the top 100, the personnel changes at MARKOS in Weingarten saw the restaurants Philipp Soldan in Frankenberg (78th place), 360 Grad in Limburg an der Lahn, Sterneck in Cuxhaven (both 79th place) and Orangerie in Timmendorfer Strand (also 79th place) move up four places. In addition, the restaurants The Stage and Dortmund; Nagaya, Düsseldorf (both ranked 85th), Klassenzimmer, Feldberger Seenlandschaft and Balthasar, Paderborn (both ranked 87th), Schwitzer's Gourmet-Restaurant, Waldbronn and 1876 Daniel Dal-Ben, Düsseldorf (both ranked 89th), Halbedels Gasthaus (Bonn, ranked 91st), Gourmetrestaurant Nico Burkhardt (Schorndorf) and Bembergs Häuschen (Euskirchen, both ranked 92nd) each moved up one place, Christians (Kirchdorf) and Yunico (Bonn, both ranked 94th), 5 (Stuttgart) and Seestern (Ulm, both ranked 96th), Hugos (Berlin, ranked 98th), Zeik (Hamburg, ranked 99th) and Roter Hahn (Regensburg, ranked 100th). The Roter Hahn thus returns to the Top 100 after a two-month break.

In the Top 200, the restaurants Brothers in Munich (from 108th to 105th place), Kai 3 in Hörnum (from 131st to 130th place) and Admiral in Weisenheim (from 276th to 138th place) have also achieved new highs and have moved up into the Top 200.
