Almost all guides are now constantly publishing new restaurant ratings. We therefore update our restaurant rankings for Germany on a monthly basis. Which restaurants have improved or deteriorated in which guide from 7 July to 1 August? Here is an overview, sorted by guide and location. We have recorded a total of ten new entries, 15 upgrades and 5 downgrades in the ranking.
Note: Some new ratings could not yet be recorded due to holidays. The survey is based on an automated comparison of our databases with the above-mentioned data. Most of the information is entered manually. Corrections and additions from previous months may also appear here, or there may be missing reviews that were only published after our review of a guide over the past few weeks. If - despite all our care - we have missed a new entry or a change in rating, please let us know.
