Restaurant Pankratz, Mainz

"At the end of May, we went to Pankratz, where there is no visible menu. Instead, what's on the plate is constantly adapted depending on what's in season and what the region has to offer. And we were lucky, as we were assured right at the beginning, because at the time of our visit, there was a lot of fresh produce coming in from the field. You could be forgiven for thinking that if the Michelin Guide ever stumbled across this restaurant, it would have to give it a green star." (Published in July 2024)
