"At "Lakeside", Julian Stowasser has set out on a path that has rightly elevated him to the second rung of the Michelin star ladder. The strong start to the menu and the majority of the courses suggest that he certainly has the potential to climb another level. We sincerely wish this calm, likeable chef the best of luck. We experienced a feel-good cuisine that clearly stands out from the mainstream and is able to set its own accents and avoid any arbitrariness. Julian Stowasser is congenially supported by a very committed and attentive service crew under restaurant manager Michel Buder, who expertly and eloquently guide us through the evening."
