Restaurant review

Toqué!, Montreal

Canada, Forum

"Local produce and some unusual ingredients are used here. The cuisine here is definitely on a one-star Michelin level."

Toqué! restaurant, Montreal

"Following a tip from a friend who lives in Montreal, I made a reservation at Toqué! Due to the late slot, only an à la carte selection was an option. I opted for a variation of quail as a starter, duck breast with a vegetable garnish as a main course and a very nice dessert with panna cotta, coffee cream and chocolate ice cream. My dinner partner chose a completely vegetarian dish and a different dessert, using local produce and some unusual ingredients. The cuisine here is definitely on a one-star Michelin level."
