Singapore: Odette remains the best restaurant
Odette is still the best restaurant in Singapore in 2024. This is the result of an analysis of the restaurant guides for the city state by Restaurant-Ranglisten.de. This puts Julien Royer 's restaurant at the top of the rankings for the seventh year in a row, with Les Amis moving up from third to second place. It overtakes Zen - the sister restaurant of Frantzén in Stockholm - which is now in third place.
There are a few shifts in the top 10, but otherwise all the restaurants that were in the top group of the ranking last year are back there. The best newcomer to the ranking: Art di Daniele Sperindio, which achieved 25th place straight away. The newcomer of the year is Seroja, which improves from 26th to 16th place.
This year's ranking list includes 52 restaurants, which is four fewer than last year. In addition to the Michelin Guide ratings, the Asia Tatler scores are also taken into account. We also take into account placements among the Asia*s 50 Best Restaurants, the Best Chef Awards and La Liste in the Singapore rankings.
