In a documentary, SWR shows the story of Sascha Weiss, who had achieved a star in the Michelin Guide at the Wolfshöhle in Freiburg. In July 2020, he suffered a severe heart attack. As a result of a lack of oxygen to the brain, he lost his memory. The three-part film, which can be seen in the ARD Mediathek, shows how his wife Manuela and Sascha Weiss set out on the path to a new life and build a new life with him at Bistro Rädle.
