"What Denis Feix served us here over the course of several hours was extremely masterful and had a recognisable signature style. As a passionate meat and fish lover, I was very curious (and that's precisely why I've had the "Esszimmer" on my agenda since its inception) whether this strongly vegetable-based cuisine, which (see menu above) really only provides for or includes meat and fish as a supplement, would "pick me up" or rather satisfy me completely, and to my own relief I can state quite clearly: She did!"
