The end for Gustav and Weinsinn

Frankfurt, Hessen

Frankfurt loses three stars

FRANKFURT AM MAIN. The city is losing two Michelin-starred restaurants. The one-star rated Weinsinn has been closed since 29 June. It will be followed by the two-star restaurant Gustav on 27 July. Milica Trajkovska Scheiber and Matthias Scheiber opened the Weinsinn restaurant in 2009, followed by Gustav in 2015. After 15 years at Weinsinn and nine years at Gustav, the restaurateur couple are now announcing a new project - and at the same time saying goodbye to the two existing restaurants. After a renovation break, they will continue in September under the name Sommerfeld at the well-known address of Weinsinn in Weserstraße 4.
