Menu evenings planned with Edip Sigl, Kazuyuki Tanaka and Juan Amdor

PERL-NENNIG. Victor's Fine Dining is continuing its series of four-hands dinners with renowned chefs in 2024. Three evenings are planned this year, supplemented by a fourth event with a champagne menu. "With Edip Sigl (3 stars), Kazuyuki Tanaka (2 stars) and Juan Amador (3 stars), we have once again been able to attract a top-class line-up that will give us and you a lot of pleasure this autumn," says the restaurant's newsletter.

Edip Sigl will open the 2024 event series on 20 October. His restaurant ES:SENZ was awarded its third Michelin star for the first time in March. The Japanese chef Kazuyuki Tanaka from Racine in Reims will open on 3 November. As a special event, this exquisite champagne dinner will be held under the banner of Laurent-Perrier, whose Grand Siècle No. 26 received full marks from James Suckling. The menu will take place on 17 November. Juan Amador, who is now dominating the Austrian culinary scene after great successes in Germany and Singapore, will close the Four Hands Dinner season this year. Reservations for these evenings can be made by e-mail.
