"The Waldhotel Sonnora has been one of my absolute favourite destinations in Germany for many years. After the sadly untimely death of Helmut Thieltges, this oasis has been succeeded by Clemens Rambichler and his wife, who have preserved and carefully optimised the hotel's tradition. In my opinion, you can't eat better in Germany, even if other kitchens may be more modern or progressive." (Published in June 2024)
