Restaurant Mountain Hub Gourmet, München
"Marcel Tauschek continues Stefan Barnhusen's style as far as I know it. The dishes are characterised by precise craftsmanship, which emphasises the finesse of aromas and flavours. The flavour combinations are tried and tested. There is nothing surprising or challenging for the tongue. The dishes taste exactly as you would expect when reading the menu, at a very reliable level of the modern gourmet mainstream. This focus suits the location of the restaurant and shows once again how useful the Michelin system is: if the restaurant is on the way, you will leave with a pleasant, positive feeling, because you have eaten well, but not exceptionally."
