"Since the Michelin ratings were announced in spring, this is the first time that a restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel on the Outer Alster, one of the top 3 hotels in Hamburg, has been awarded a Michelin Macaron. After hardly having a reason to eat here in the last two decades, we went for the first time. Madai, lobster soup and especially the monkfish were the highlights for me.
