Tillmann Hahn closes his restaurant

Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

What happens next is still open

KÜHLUNGSBORN. Former Michelin-starred chef Tillmann Hahn has been forced to close his restaurant at the end of the month. Hahn is quoted by dpa as saying that this is due to irreconcilable differences with the landlords. At present, he is also unable to announce what the future holds for him. Whether he will take over a new restaurant, open a delicatessen shop with home-made products or work as an employed chef remains to be seen. According to the report, however, Tillman Hahn is certain that he wants to stay in the region. "We are more at home here than anywhere else," said Hahn. He made a name for himself as head chef at the Friedrich Franz restaurant in the Grandhotel Heiligendamm and was responsible for the culinary accompaniment to the G8 summit in Heiligendamm, among other things.
