New "stars-record" in Switzerland

Switzerland remains the country with the most stars per inhabitant

- there 117 restaurants with stars in Switzerland, of which 18 are newly rated one-star, two- and three-stars-restaurants remain as they were

- Gourmets in Switzerland get their moneys worth says Michael Elli, director of Guide Michelin

- Furthermore there are 111 "Bib Gourmand-restaurants" of which 31 are newly honored
