New Restaurant-Ranking for France online
PARIS. As could be seen during the last years in the homeland of haute cuisine there have also been surprising changes in the top positions this year.
The restaurants Assiette Champenoise in Tinqueux/Reims and the Flocons de Sel in Megève share the first position both with 61,35 points.
Régis & Jacques Marcon in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid is at third position.
On the one hand changes might have occurred because chefs have changed. On the other hand the Guide Champerad seems to reward especially innovative restaurants.
It is also worth mentioning that for the first time in a few years there are restaurants in top positions which are exclusively outside of Paris.
