On his way to becoming Chef of the Year

Robert Rädel wins south German semi-final

 STUTTGART. Robert Rädel, chef de cuisine in the restaurant Oben (Landgut Lingental) took an important step on his way to the international competition "Chef of the Year". H won the south German semi-final in the Unilever Chefmanship Centre in Heilbronn having shpwn 7 young, promising competitors where the ropes were.  Chef of the Year is a competition for professional chefs from Germany, Austrai, Switzerland and South Tyrol. In four preliminaries four finalists are selected who will perform against one another in October 2013 in the grand final at this year's Anuga. Redaktion Restaurant Ranglisten
