Küchenchef hat das Koch & Kellner zum Jahreswechsel verlassen

NÜRNBERG. Der bisherige Küchenchef des Sternerestaurants Koch & Kellner, Gerlad Hoffmann, hat das Haus verlassen. Er arbeitet künfitg als Küchenchef im Restaurnat Weinklang in Nürnberg. Tomas Spanu bleibt Patron des Hauses und wird ihn in der Küche unterstützen. Beide wollen Speisen und Getränke anbieten, die für alle zugänglich ist.

Gerald Hoffmann war neun Jahre im Koch & Kellner tätig. Seit dem Jahr 2019 war das Restaurant mit einem Stern bewertet
