Bretonischer Hummer, Château Chalon und Kaviar Filet de rouget, écailles croustillantes, safran, ail noir et vinaigrette de tomates
Rotbarbenfilet, knusprige Schuppen, Safran, schwarzer Knoblauch und Tomaten Pigeon de Bresse, arômes du Maroc, citron au sel et mousseline de carottes
Bresse-Taube, marokkanische Aromen, Salzzitrone und Karotten-Mousseline Chariot de fromages frais et affinés de Maître Antony à Ferrette
