1993 - 1997: Restaurant Valkenhof, Coesfeld, 1 Michelin star (maître of whole restaurant)

Philosophy We can learn something new every day and also share our knowledge with others.
Interesting tidbits It was quite a memorable event when the former U.S. president, Richard Nixon, was a guest at Alain Chapel whilst I was working there.
Hobbies: interior decorating and event decoration, floristry.
